Once Upon a Time Creation Update as PA moves into the "yellow phase"

Hello friends,

I hope you are all remaining healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your patience and support as we navigate the regulations and care for the safety of our clients and team.

As of today, Pennsylvania is moving into the "yellow phase" of reopening. For Once Upon a Time Creation, this means the following:

  • We are able to sew your keepsakes in our main studio again! This will allow us to begin creating pillows, loveys, and other keepsakes as well as continuing to create memory blankets.
  • Unfortunately, we are still not able to meet clients in person. The new studio that we moved into at the end of March does not have an outside entrance (it is part of a larger office complex). Due to this, we are not able to open to the public. We will continue to coordinate drop off and pick ups from my home.
  • As always, we continue to receive orders by mail. Everything is (and has always been) mailed to my home address. This procedure has always been in place so I can receive and track deliveries at all times (including evenings and weekends). This has worked well for years so we will continue in this way.

If you have questions or are not sure how to best proceed with your project, please call or email (jen@onceuponatimecreation.com or 610-202-7850).

We are now offering face masks on our website. They are made from t-shirt fabric leftover from memory blankets, so are soft and comfortable. They have ties for a custom fit and are easily washed and dried for long term use. Here is the link to place an order.
To learn more about our keepsakes or to place an order, please visit our website. Please reach out with any questions you may have.

Thank you and stay safe,

          Jen
